Our customers tell us that Eddy AI responses are not effective and there aren't enough configuration options that would let us give "Eddy" insights about the audience and instructions on how to respond to different types of requests. For example, when asked "what are the system requirements for <product component>" Eddy should be able to produce simple response with things like os, hardware, CPU count... When asked "How do I <some task>", Eddy should provide step-by-step instructions (which may be based on several articles).
Basically, we'd like the ability to define Agent Instructions (similar to how one customizes an agent in Co-pilot, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.)
FYI - Adjusting the Tone and Length settings - have been ineffective in addressing customer needs. The Style Guide configuration appears to have no bearing on AI query response behavior. The Doc360 documentation doesn't appear to describe any options that would help.
