Customer has requested improvements to the offline documentation experience:

Clickable Index Category: Currently only the page category is clickable. Customer would like index-type categories to be clickable as well for easier navigation.

Attachments in HTML: Attachments included in documentation pages should also be available in the exported HTML files to match the online docs experience.

API Endpoint for Offline Documentation: Customer would like an API endpoint to export offline documentation. This would allow automation of exports and integration with external systems (e.g., feeding offline documentation to a Kubernetes server).
