Enhanced Color Palette Options
under review

We would like to request an enhancement to the existing color palette by adding more color options, providing users with a broader range of shades to choose from under the Advanced WYSIWYG editors font color. It would also be helpful to list the most frequently used colors as well.
Current Situation: The current color palette offers a limited number of color options, which can sometimes restrict users in choosing the exact color they need for their projects or designs.
Proposed Change: Extend the color palette by adding more colors, shades, and customization options.

I agree with Dillon, this is what we are after. Creating a site wide color palette that can be used for text will be very good (as per the initial request).
Using the custom CSS option is tedious, and has to be applied on each page and then it applies to all text. When I want my body text to have say 5 colors that I use often, then the custom CSS option is quite obviously useless and just shifts the problem.

hi Dillon
We understand that the requirement here is to bring in the custom color configuration in the settings page. Please suggest if you would be comfortable to use our Custom CSS option to achieve the same.

Navin Kumar I would be comfortable using custom CSS in the short-term, but I would like to see this as a native option in the UI.

Hi Dillon Reese, Dan Smith
We will figure out a way to accommodate this request in the UI and keep you posted in this thread.

To clarify or add on to this request, we would like the ability to configure custom colors to be shown on this palette. We would like to customize those colors, so that when our users are editing documents, they are choosing colors that align with our brand standard.
It would be great if we could configure those colors in the Knowledge Base settings page, where brand colors are defined.
