We are currently in need of a functionality that allows importing multiple PDF files and is displayed in their original PDF format as an article itself, without requiring a download.

Hi Mohamed,
Yes, our use case aligns with the second scenario; we need to retain the look and feel of the article in a PDF format.
Currently, there’s a feature in Document360 (New Blank Article > Insert > File) that we tested, and it works well for our needs. However, it only supports one file at a time. For cases where we need to upload multiple PDFs as separate articles, we have to manually create blank articles and insert each file individually.

Hi b52aa602-5805-4c81-9464-ec04d1cbec61
Thank you for sharing your requirement.
To confirm, are you referring to a functionality that allows importing multiple PDF files, where each PDF is converted into an article and displayed in its original format within the Knowledge Base, without requiring users to download the file?
This sounds closely aligned with our ongoing efforts around PDF-to-article import, where content from PDFs can be transformed into editable article formats. However, if your ask is to embed the PDF as-is (visually rendered, not downloadable) while retaining the look and layout within the article view, we’d like to better understand that distinction.
Could you please clarify whether the need is for:
- Importing and converting PDFs into structured article content, or
- Rendering PDFs directly inside the article view as embedded, non-downloadable content?
Your input will help us assess the right approach.
