Currently, we don't have an option to edit the AI Chatbot's variables within the portal.
We would like to edit the AI Chatbot's variables such as the 'AI desclaimer' shown.

Thank you for sharing this request.
Currently, editing AI Chatbot variables (such as the AI disclaimer) directly within the portal is not supported.
We understand the need to customize such elements for better control over messaging and compliance, and we’ll take this as an improvement request for further evaluation.
This will be reviewed based on priority, scope, and customer traction, and we’ll share updates if this is taken up in future planning.
