I would also like to see clickable links in the generated answer. I have been testing Eddy in our KB 1.0 sandbox. I asked it where the installation instructions for one of our products are. The answer included the name of the relevant installation guide... but in this scenario, that guide is what the user really wants and it would be of the utmost help to the user if they can just click the link to go to the documentation they need. Else the answer tells you that the guide exists, but doesn't say where.

Also I think for some users the numbered circles in the KB Site 2.0 experience maybe aren't intuitive, as possibly for some users it is not obvious what they were. The Source Articles expandable list in KB Site 1.0 is a bit more obvious, but still some users might refer to the AI response and stop reading because they consider the Source Articles list as secondary noise, when actually it contains important links to authoritative articles.

Can you please clarify this for us. Citations are clickable links that take you to a separate tab. But your expectations is the Eddy answers should also include links wherever it may be relevant along with displaying citations.
