In the Docs search bar, EDDY AI is available as a conversational assistant. However, this functionality is not currently available within the widget, where EDDY AI is not conversable. A customer has requested a feature that would enable conversational interaction with EDDY AI directly within the widget as well.

Hi aparna, mukesh, Thanks for sharing this! We hear your need. While EDDY AI isn’t currently conversable within the widget, we do support the AI Chatbot feature, which enables users to ask questions and receive answers from your knowledge base in a conversational tone—right within the widget.
Have you had a chance to explore this feature? It might serve the use case you're aiming for.

D360 Product Management Thank you for your response. Yes, we have explored the chatbot feature. But our requirements are to have both the knowledge base widget (as an FAQ guide) and the conversational chat functionality (which we assumed could be done using the chatbot). But we were told it is not possible to have both these widgets active at the same time on our portal. That is why we are hoping the existing knowledge base widget, which has Eddy AI enabled, can support the conversational style of interactions for us. Thanks!
