In the new UI, there is no "Download" option available for folders.

Other suggestion:

(1) If I'm downloading a single file, For example, an image (.png) or a .pdf, the file should be downloaded in the same format and not as a ZIP folder.

(2) The ZIP folder is logical for multiple files or folders.

This is the implementation in popular storage solutions like Google Drive.

(3) The downloaded Zip file name can be a bit more elaborate rather than "Document360 Drive download". This causes confusion when I perform multiple download actions. The downloaded file gets incremental numbering value (Document360 Drive download (14))

Suggested file name: "Document36-_Drive_Folder_<Date>".
