Currently, the only way for a more junior Team member to get an article published is to tag a more senior Team Member via Article Discussion.

I wish there was a button next to the greyed out Publish button saying "Request Publish" or "Submit Draft" - which would then send a notification to owner/admins/editors a draft is ready to be reviewed and/or published.

Also part of this workflow, would e nice if the owner/editor/admin could leave feedback if they don't publish. Almost like a decisioning screen where they could indicate publish or return with feedback...with a comments field for the owner/editor/admin to share feedback as to why they didn't want to publish (edits, ask for a meeting/call to discuss etc).
