It would be very helpful to have Doc360 available as an out-of-the-box Data Cloud Connector in Salesforce.

Many of our teams use Doc360 as their primary documentation and knowledge platform. A native connector would allow this content to be easily ingested into Data Cloud and used to ground Agentforce and AI agents, without the need for custom integrations.

Data updates would be done seamlessly if there is good connection and would be super helpful to ground agents.
