Currently, when more than two SSO options are configured, only two options are displayed on the first login screen. Users need to click “Other login options” to view the remaining SSO options.
The customer has three SSO options and would like all three options to be displayed directly on the first login screen, so users can select their required login method without an additional click.

We understand the request to display all configured SSO options directly on the initial login page, particularly for projects where multiple SSO providers are actively used. We recognize that having to select “Other login options” adds an additional step for users.
Currently, the login experience displays the primary SSO options on the initial screen, with additional configured options available through “Other login options.” You can also reorder the SSO options to ensure the most commonly used authentication method is presented first.
As a solution, if your project is intended to be accessed exclusively through SSO, you can disable the Document360 login page. This will take users directly to the SSO login experience, where all the configured SSO options can be displayed on a single page.
