It would be highly beneficial to have more granular analytics for each article in the knowledge base. For every article, users should be able to view how many readers have accessed it, along with the readers’ email addresses and the dates they viewed the content, with an option to filter by date. Similarly, from the reader’s perspective, it should be possible to track which articles a specific individual has accessed, the exact time of access, and whether they acknowledged the content. Ideally, all of this information should be available in a unified reader analytics view, with the added capability to export the data for further analysis and reporting.
