We use Decagon as a third-party AI support agent alongside their Document360-powered Help Center. We would like to use Document360 Decision Trees as part of Decagon’s AI workflows so that the AI agent can understand and follow the Decision Tree’s branching logic when assisting users.

We want to ensure that the guidance provided through Document360 Decision Trees remains consistent with the workflows and actions configured in Decagon, without requiring them to maintain the same logic separately in both systems.

We want external AI agents such as Decagon to consume and interpret Document360 Decision Trees, including their branching logic, so that the Decision Tree guidance can be reliably used within AI workflows and actions.
