Customers may want to feature key resources such as API documentation as visual tiles or cards on the knowledge base homepage. The homepage builder currently does not support custom link tiles, leaving customers without a native way to add direct access points to resources that exist outside the standard workspace structure.
Workaround Limitations:
  1. No documented workaround exists
  2. Any JavaScript-based approach would target internal DOM elements and be subject to breakage on product updates
Requested Solution:
Add a custom tile component to the homepage builder in Settings > Site customization > Customize site. Specifically:
  1. Add, label, and link custom tiles from the homepage builder UI
  2. Set an icon or thumbnail per tile
  3. Control tile ordering and visibility
Benefits:
Customers can surface any resource directly on the homepage without code
Tile configuration is durable through product updates
