CSV Export for Article Approval Details

We request an on-demand CSV export for all articles, with an option to filter the export by category. The CSV should include:
- Whether each article has been approved(Review completed)
- The date of the most recent approval (Date of the recent workflow status change)
- The user who reviewed/approved the article ( Reviewer details )
The primary requirement is to provide a clear audit trail of which articles have been approved, when they were last approved, and who approved them, for compliance and audit purposes. We follow an 11–12 month review and sign-off cycle for existing published articles.

We understand the need for an on-demand CSV export of article approval information, with the ability to filter the export by category. The requested export would include the article’s approval status, most recent approval date, and the reviewer/approver details.
We also understand that the primary objective is to maintain a clear audit trail for compliance purposes, particularly given your 11–12 month review and sign-off cycle for existing published articles.
We will analyze this requirement with the relevant teams, including the feasibility of providing these details through a CSV export and the required filtering capabilities. We’ll share an update once we have completed the analysis and have more clarity on the possible approach.
