Creating Multiple Workflows

While we can create a workflow for articles from Draft to Published, we would also like to continue the workflow or create a new workflow for after articles are published.
For example, 1 month after an article is published, we would like to receive a notification about comments, likes, and dislikes from an article.
From there, we will determine if the article needs to be edited, what changes need to be made to the article, and who should make those changes. From there, changes could be made, and Version 2 of article(s) can be published.

We would also like to have more than one workflow as we have different types of pages, which need different workflows

@Kim D based on the example shared, we can achieve this in Document360 through Feedback Manager, and all comments, likes, dislikes for an article are notified in Settings > Knowledgebase Portal > Notifications > Notification Mapping > Knowledge base site.
User can assign owner to fix the article, and then in this workflow remains the same, as you are opening up a published article, make respective edits and place them as draft, get it reviewed and then publish it. So workflow remains the same. You can also customize the workflow as per your needs as well.
Kindly let us know if you would like some additional details.
Thanks for your feedback.
