Can you please move the location of the Content Tools icon from its new and annoying spot at the top of Categories & Articles scroll bar (1) to one of the blank spots on the left most fixed bar (2).

This new location is incredibly frustrating for us, as most of our documents are made up of multiple snippets, so we need to see the article and then also open up a new window for snippets via content tools.

With this new location if we have multiple categories open it can take some time to keep scrolling up and down and up and down, if the icon was just on the fixed bar all we would need to do is right click and choose open in new Window without ever having to scroll away from the article we were working in.
