Customers expect the “Open in New Tab” option to work consistently for both Documentation and API Documentation links. Currently, this behavior is limited to API Documentation, causing navigation issues and 404 errors. The request is to extend this functionality to all documentation links to ensure seamless and consistent user experience.

In this case, the other workspace does not have access within the widget, so they have added the article URL under the external link option and selected open in new tab and expecting that to open in a new tab
