Configure KB widget for each workspaces

It would be helpful to configure two KB widgets for each workspace. Our product works differently across versions, so the response needs to match the customer’s version (or workspace/site).
If content access is set at the project level, it fetches everything, which is not ideal for version-specific responses.

Hi Mohamed, yes, that is correct. Each widget references information that's specific to that workspace.

Mohamed - adding a specific use case - for example, a SAAS company has two product versions - v5 and v6, where each version get their own workspace. The way product behaves on each version could be different - therefore, specific information needs to be communicated for each product version in each documentation workspace. If customer (on older product version, v5) goes to v6 documentation workspace, and ask a product question, the answer they will receive is based on v5 and v6 which is not correct because they should get a v5 specific response.

Paul Latoza: We understand that each product may have different versions. For example, Product A could be associated with Workspace 1, and Product B could be linked to Workspace 2. If these are distinct products, we can configure multiple widgets for each accordingly. However, if it is a single product, only one widget can be configured.
Could you please confirm if this is what you are referring to?
