Close button on the floating widget icon

I would like to have a close icon on the widget's floating icon so the user can close it for the duration of the user session. This would help the user to close the widget if they aren't using it.

Hi Karthikeyan J, Thanks for sharing this feedback on behalf of customer.
This appears to be a valid request. For users who are not using the widget, they can close it using the close icon.

Hi Mohamed Shakheen Thanks for working on this! I think it would make sense if the widget would stay closed at least for the duration of the session, preferable for 24 hours.
