Today, in both the Playground and the chatbot hosted on sites, the responses generated by the chatbot do not include relevant citations. We need to enhance this by displaying citations similar to AI Search. On hover, the article details should be shown, and on click, users should be redirected to the source article on the KB site, for both live chatbot and Playground.
Additionally, Mixpanel events are currently not tracked in the Playground. We need to implement tracking for the required Mixpanel events, as these were missed during the initial implementation.
