Add an option to change the user profile image for the whole site or have a differnet one for internal and external users. The current icon isn't always fitting with people branding

Persimmon Horse system allows the users to edit the profile image, both at the system profile and from the team users page as well. Let us know if you are able to perform changes as expected.
