Change the error message while accessing the media files after the expiry of SAS token

Currently, for private and mixed projects we are adding a SAS token for the media files. After the SAS token expiry if we try to access the media files we are getting an error message as attached. It would be great if we display the message "Refresh the article page and then access the media file" to provide more clarity for the end users.

One more user trenta@firstfinancialsecurity.com has commented that it would be better if we return a more user friendly error message directing the user to reopen the file because access to the current file has expired based on security timeout restrictions.

Hi Uppili Thank you for sharing the feedback on bhalf of the customer.
monica Thank you for the feedback. We understand the confusion caused by the current error message when a SAS token expires for media files in private and mixed projects. Your suggestion to display a more informative message like "Refresh the article page and then access the media file" is a practical and user-friendly enhancement.
We’ve classified this as a quick win and we’ll keep you posted once it’s scheduled for implementation.
