Customers expect category title changes to follow the same publish workflow as articles. Currently, any update to a category title is reflected immediately on the live KB site, with no draft or publish control. This makes it difficult to stage or review changes before making them public.
Request to introduce a publish mechanism for categories similar to articles, allowing admins to edit category titles in draft mode and publish changes only when ready. This would improve change control, consistency, and prevent unintended updates from going live.
