In the Site View, which is available to the public, the Export to PDF feature is available only on each page. When a document (index folder) contains multiple pages, our customers need to export them page by page, which is quite exhausting. We need to support exporting an Index Folder into one PDF file.

Hi lexiwang ,
Currently, the “Download as PDF” feature is available exclusively within private projects and private workspaces in KB Site 2.0 and is not supported for public projects.
Hope you are referring to a public project, as in the Site View (public view), users can only export individual pages to PDF. The ability to export an entire Index Folder as a single PDF file is not supported for public-facing content.
I am attaching an image for your reference on how to set this up in a private project.
