There is currently no way to restrict permissions to multiple articles at once. The process to manually lock down articles is time consuming and complicated by the fact that changing Workspace access to "public"
undoes previously established article level security

Ethan Noble thanks for your feedback request, however would like to understand after switching workspace site visibility from private to public, and back then to private, then system should retain article security settings initially maintained?
