Currently, a company's favicon appears fine on non-mobile device browsers, like on a MAC or PC when searching for help articles via search engines like Google.
Viewing help articles via a mobile browser through Google, presents Doc360's favicon instead of the brand. Doc360 support team mentioned that brand favicons are not supported in mobile browsers.
Please this to create brand continuity for your customers.

The same problem has been occurring in the browsers of the PC version for about a week.
This is probably because Google Search has changed its specifications as follows.
Please let us know how we can respond to this issue.
