Better PDF output

We need to produce PDFs of our KB output - say 50 articles in one PDF. We need to be able to design a template so that we can configure font and paragraph settings for each headings including page breaks before/after etc. Without this we cannot use the PDF export.. it just isn't good enough to send to customers. One or 2 articles is OK but not 50!

Shakeer Hussain S Thank you for your response. Our requirement is to make a document of our help content using our company branding.
We wanted to make a Title page which has a logo, headings and text.
We then wanted to have table of contents, numbered headings, custom fonts and colours.
The options you state in Document360 2.0 would not fulfil this requirement.
We achieve this today by uploading a template which has these predefined.
The issue with having display options in Document360, means it doesnt allow you to use a template and the options in the designer are limited and we cant achieve a document on brand
Do you have plans to allow for a support for uploading a template?
This functionality is available in other Help Authoring solutions.

Eliot

Hi Erica Eliot - I sincerely appreciate your valuable insights. I am excited to inform you about the substantial enhancements we've made to the Export to PDF feature in Document360 2.0.
We have introduced a "Terms and Conditions" feature within the display options. This allows you to link an existing article that pertains to license agreements or disclaimers. Furthermore, you now have the flexibility to craft a custom text using the compact editor.
We have implemented distinct text settings for both paragraphs and headings.
I kindly invite you to explore the Export to PDF feature in our 2.0 version. Should you have any questions or inquiries, please do not hesitate to reach out. Your feedback and engagement are greatly valued.

I was unable to produce a PDF that was on company brand. Unable to upload a company template and the options available are too restricted.
