If the knowledgebase widget is accidentally deleted or made any changes, we do not have the option to get a backup or restore the configurations including the styling, CSS, JavaScript, and URL mapping.
In such scenarios, the widget has to be created from scratch. Especially, setting up the customization and URL mapping is tedious process.

Hi Verdant Tiger, Thanks for sharing the feedback on behalf of the customer.
We will evaluate the backup and restore feature for the Widget to enable the recovery of configured styling, CSS, JS, and URL mappings. We will keep you updated on any progress this functionality.
