Nibu, Shawn Selvaraaju - we are happy to inform you that we have the feature. We have achieved this through AI - Eddy capability, while users' are enabled with AI Content Suite on, they can navigate to Glossary management and initiate the scan of the documentation. Followed by this sequence, system will provide suggestions for the users to add these terms to glossary management.
You can also add these terms into your article while recommendations are provided by our Advanced WYSIWYG Editor while drafting the content.
We request you to kindly have hands on and share your thoughts on the same. Thank you.

Auto suggest linking to Glossary
Nibu Thomas
Now with the new Glossary feature, once we have created and provided a description for a term, the next time it is used in an article, D360 should recognize the word and offer to link it to the description automatically. People aren't going to remember to link 100s of terms.

Nibu Thomas thanks for sharing the feedback, we do working on similar feature which looks up Glossary terms in the project and auto-suggests / recommends in the article.

Nibu is asking for D360 to recognize a term as we type it in an article. It would also be good if:
1) If you can do a global search-and-replace to change the word to a Glossary link.
2) When you add a new term to the Glossary, it offers to do that global search-and-replace
3) You can do a global search-and-replace for multiple terms, or all the terms in the Glossary, as a Bulk Command.

Shawn Wilson, just seeing this comment. It's still a struggle with find and replace. What we are doing is using the API to integrate with git hub. Make changes there and bring it back to document360. Small changes across a lot of content is still a very time consuming task. We also have products that share a lot of functionality. We currently use different workspaces, but have to recreate the article again because reuse is possible only within a workspace. So no single source of truth. I hope the glossary is not like that.
