Introduce an automation capability to automatically move articles from one category or section to another based on defined rules (such as date, release cycle, or status). This would reduce repetitive manual work and ensure consistency in how content is managed month over month.

Thanks for the suggestion - this is a thoughtful idea that addresses operational efficiency and long-term content hygiene.
At this time, automation to move articles between categories or sections based on rules (date, release cycle, or status) is not part of the current product roadmap.
We’ve captured this feedback and will continue to evaluate it based on customer demand and overall impact. If we see stronger traction or clear alignment with upcoming roadmap themes, we’ll reassess and communicate updates accordingly.
