Attachments Don't Show as Dependent

Because attachments do not show as dependent, there is absolutely no way to tell if it is safe to delete an attachment from mydrive. There needs to be a way to determine if any particular attachment is INTEGRAL to an article before deleting it as it is probably pretty important to the article as part of the content in the first place.

The problem is that if you delete something from Drive and you don't know where it is attached, you don't know what damage you are creating to one or more articles without knowing it. Because of procedural flaws in doc360, you can create orphan files in Drive. The issue becomes that there is no way to identify that there are orphan files so that you can delete them. Or, at present, ALL files which MAY or MAY NOT be orphans appear as orphan files because they dont show any dependency to articles. Therefore you can accidentally delete a file which might legitimately be attached to an article. So basically, you are flying blind when it comes to attachments. You have no way of seeing what is safe to delete from drive and no way of seeing what isn't safe to delete from drive.

Bob Dzimbowski thanks for sharing your feedback, and yes at the moment this is not captured and associated with dependent items. We will have this evaluated and keep you posted on further progress.
