Article Summary to appear conditionally
under review

Currently, the article summary is generated provided the article contains at least 150 words. So when articles with fewer words are created, the article summary is shown empty.
Practically, this is a poor user experience (as the end users wouldn't understand the limitations) and also real estate waste.
In those articles, if the article summary space is removed when the criteria aren't met or if there is a toggle to switch the summary off for specific articles, it would be helpful.

Hi Ravishankar
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I completely understand your concern regarding the article summary section showing up empty when the article has fewer than 150 words.
You’re right — this behavior can lead to poor user experience and unused page space, especially for short articles such as FAQs or definitions. Currently, the summary is generated only when the article meets the 150-word threshold, and there’s no option to hide or toggle it off manually.
We’ve kept this request under review. The team will explore the options like:
Automatically hiding the summary section when the content is below the word limit, or
Providing a toggle in article settings to manually enable or disable the summary.
We’ve added this to our backlog and will monitor for more traction before prioritization.
We’ll keep you posted once this improvement is picked up for development.
Thank you again for sharing this thoughtful feedback — it helps us refine the experience for all users.
