Article Ownership
Scott Kahre
I would like to be able to assign "ownership" of an article to a specific team user account, regardless of its status. Even if published, the article would still "belong" to the assigned user. Then, when a user logs in, he or she should be able to look at a list of the articles they "own" and quickly access them for editing. It would also be good if users could choose to only receive notifications for articles they "own".

Scott Kahre sure, in the workflow you can assign a user to any of the status, and associate them in the article as an Contributor. Once this association is complete, then for any notifications enabled the associated contributor will be notified. However, there cannot be single ownership for the article once its associated with multiple contributors.

Thiru: Hi, I just tried what you mentioned above, and unfortunately, it does not meet my needs. I would like to be able to assign ownership of published articles to a specific user, and I would like those articles to show up in that user's "Assigned to me" list. That way, when we make changes to our product, each user knows which articles they are responsible for reviewing and possibly updating. Currently, once an article is published, it drops off the "Assigned to me" list. Also, I don't want to set a review reminder for every article just to get them on a user's list. Thank you for your help.
