Good Afternoon
My team has a request. Since we have users in Document 360, we would like to see the users’ activity on our website. If possible, we would like the track the statistics listed below. The goal is that these 5 percentages should add to up to 100%, meaning the totality of our users. As with the other reports available in Document360, we hope to see these statistics for a day, the last 7 days, the last month, or any time frame that we choose.
Below are the 5 statistics that we would like to track in a report. Please let me know whether this can be done, and I look forward to receiving an update from you.
1- Percent of active users (twice a day).
2- Percent of frequent users (twice a week).
3- Percent of occasional users (twice a month).
4- Percent of low users (less than monthly).
5- Percent of inactive users (never logged in).
Note: The 5 statistics must add to 100%.

Venkatesh, I understand the value such statistics could provide; however, after reviewing our current roadmap and requirements, I regret to inform you that implementing this feature is not feasible at this time.
That said, I would like to understand more about this request to see how it aligns with our future planning:
#1 Is there a specific reason these particular metrics were chosen, and how would they compare to the current analytics provided?
#2 Can you provide any examples of decisions or actions that would be taken based on the various percentages of user activity?
Your feedback on these points will be valuable. It will help us to understand the potential impact of such a feature and to consider its priority against our strategic objectives.
Thank you

Mohamed Shakheen: This is the respose from the customer:
My team is hoping to have a better sense of how often users interact with our site. Regardless of how many total users we have, seeing the 5 statistics will tell us whether we need to improve our website. That’s why looking in terms of percentage is very helpful. To give an example: if for the past month 30% of our users didn’t log into our website, we would try to understand what we can do to draw more interest into the website. Another possibility may be that users may not be very familiar with how to navigate our website. In this case we can have sessions with our users and walk them through the website.
I cannot talk for other customers. This is something that my team specifically thinks would be helpful to see. I understand it cannot be done. Thank you for your taking the time to look into it.
