Ability to export as a Word doc would significantly enhance our workflow around maintaining consistent and updated content and data retention. I was shocked to learn that, while you can import a Word doc, you can't export one. Any update on this feature capability?

Is there an update on the status/timeline for the functionality to export a category of articles to a Word doc?

Hi All,
We would request you to make the functionality available for downloading the articles / content in the Word format as well for end users in the knowledge base site.
Let us know if you have any queries or any clarification is required.

Hi All - Thank you for submitting this request. I'm interested in understanding your intended use for the export-to-Word functionality. Are you seeking this feature to allow your contributors to export articles to Word for the purpose of editing or making modifications, and then importing them into Document360?
If this aligns with your needs, I'm pleased to share that we are in the process of developing a Microsoft add-in for Document360, designed to significantly improve your workflow. This add-in will enable contributors to effortlessly write and format articles in Microsoft Word and import them directly into Document360. It will also allow for articles to be exported from Document360, modified in Word, and then imported back. Would this solution meet your requirements?

Shakeer Hussain S I think this solves it for me although I'm not the person who requested the feature. What is most concerning however, is the formatting and links and whether they conform to the styling available in Doc 360 once imported in.

Shakeer Hussain S Our use case is that we create articles which are changelogs for our application. Our clients then wish to download this as a .docx so that they can easily split it into multiple documents for distribution within their organisations (not all chapters of changelog apply to all divisions).
"It will also allow for articles to be exported from Document360, modified in Word, and then imported back" - if this export can also be made available to readers it would cover our use case as well.

Shakeer Hussain S I would greatly appreciate it if you could consider including this feature in one of your upcoming releases.
Our customers in South America often require translations of these documents into various Spanish language versions. Exporting to Word format would streamline their translation process, allowing them to easily work with the content in their preferred translation tools and ensuring accurate and efficient localization for their specific regions.
I believe this feature would not only be a valuable addition for our users but also a great way to enhance the single-sourcing capabilities of document360. I understand that this might require some development effort.
Could you please let us know if there is a timeline or roadmap for implementing this feature? Any insights you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
