Allow an administrator to reset a user account when locked out

When a user locks out his account when signing on, they must wait 30 minutes before trying again. We'd like to allow our administrators to reset their account so they do not have to wait.

Historical Shrew we consider as nice to have option, in ideal scenarios not most of the users lock their account. However as a system design we should have a mechanism to quickly allow admins' to unlock their accounts. On the other hand we do have reset password option for the user to fix this. We will have this in our radar and keep you posted for updates in future based on the user traction.
