Alert Message when we remove the access permission.

Displaying a message such as "Do you want to remove permissions from the articles?" when restricting access to the parent category would be beneficial. This message would prompt users to consider whether they also want to remove permissions from associated articles.

Please check out this use case:Category contains 20 articles:
CATEGORY A
ARTICLE 1
ARTICLE 2
ARTICLE 3
ARTICLE 4
ARTICLE 5
...
ARTICLE 20
We start out with the category and all articles depermissioned for reader group X. Now, I'm ready to publish article 1. But the other articles are still works-in-progress and not ready yet.
So the current workflow would be:1. Remove restriction from CATEGORY A, which auto-removes the restrictions from ALL articles.2. Re-add restriction for articles 2 to 20 (19 articles!!) which is time consuming and error-prone.
That's why auto-removing restrictions is inconvenient. And why having a prompt to confirm this action would be useful.

Added Parrotfish just to clarify when user restricts the category to Readers', then obviously system those restrictions do apply for the articles within the category. We will have this reviewed, if not in the interface, we will ensure to capture in the documentation.
