Several key features such as the Floik step by step guide, duplicate content detection, and the AI glossary generator are currently not usable due to limited language support. Adding support for English (US) and additional languages would allow customers to fully use these features as intended. This enhancement would significantly improve feature adoption and overall product value.

We ultimately chose Doc360 for the AI features we believed we were going to be able to use upon implementation. As it stands, there are 3 features we cannot use at all now because they are not available for English US. This is growing to be very frustrating and it is limiting the work we are able to do and reducing the value add of migrating to Document360. Any information on when these features will support English US is greatly appreciated.
