Admin dashboard for configs

As admins, we would like a dashboard or console within the platform to view the entirety of our environment's configurations, including the site map (Categories, Sub-Cats, Articles, Titles, Slugs Descriptions, Related Articles, Default Drive), metadata (Labels, Tags, Glossary usage), workflow status if applicable, and permissions (user names, roles, profiles etc across all levels) so that we can easily audit or review across all aspects of our environment instead of browsing into different areas of the back-end.
This dashboard would also offer the ability to export configs as a CSV or Excel.

Laura - Thank you for sharing your detailed request around having a centralized Admin Dashboard to view and export all configurations across your Document360 environment. We completely understand the need for easier auditing, governance, and operational visibility—especially at scale.
To set context on what’s available today in Document360:
Site structure (Categories, Sub-categories, Articles, Slugs, etc.) is managed through the Category Manager
Metadata such as labels, tags, and glossary are currently handled within their respective management surfaces
Workflows and publishing states are managed as part of the article lifecycle
User roles and permissions are managed through our Role & Access Control settings
Analytics and usage data are available via the Analytics Dashboard
While these capabilities exist today, they are currently spread across different areas of the platform and there isn’t a single, unified console that brings all of these configuration views together or allows for a complete environment-level export (CSV/Excel) in one place.
Before we take this forward as a product enhancement, we’d love to validate your core use cases to ensure we solve the right problem in the right way. It would help us better understand:
What is the primary trigger for needing this view (audit, security review, migration, compliance, re-organization, etc.)?
How frequently do you perform these reviews?
Which areas are the most critical for you in a unified dashboard (structure, permissions, workflows, metadata, exports)?
What would you mainly use the export for?

We are still in the building phase of our environment, so we do not know frequency of anything yet. But there are many reasons behind this requirement, including audit, security, migration, compliance and re-org. We're actively doing all those right now.
For all past DAMs, I have always had a detailed Metadata Application Profile. This was our config MAP, as we called it. If someone asked me how many fields of data type X we had, or what the last modification date of fields XYZ were, or we needed to lock down access based on a classification or user group, we had one, live, dynamic location to view, sort, filter, search, group and even export data.
Before launching, we would like to have this. In the interim, we are manually creating our own dashboard in Airtable. We believe this will provide us with the ability to do what we need. But ultimately, it would be nice to do this within the platform.
