Add "transfer to other workspace" option

Similar to the "replicate" article/category feature, it would be nice for an option to move/transfer an article/category to another workspace for those with multiple workspaces, rather than needing to recreate the content from scratch and then delete the original.

I also tested using the replicate feature and deleting the original article, but it deletes both the original AND the replicated article. It also appears you cannot currently replicate a category.
