Hello, when I think of table formatting, I think of the following: change font style of certain words, eg bold, add a link on a word or phrase to another paragraph of article, add an ordered list. See example from Excel

Hi Philosophical Mammal, thanks for writing us. We have implemented the table border, cell color, and cell border color in the past release of the block editor. We request to have a look into that. If the Block editor is not enabled for your project please contact the respective customer success specialist team to get assistance. I've attached a screenshot for your reference.

Acute Lynx: This is easily achievable after selecting the context and provide the relevant alignment in the RHS menu of the block editor. Acute Lynx: Thanks for your valuable time. Since Markdown is a syntax-based editor, there are some technical limitations to implementing the table style functions in the Markdown editor. We request you to use the Block editor which has more additional features than the markdown to utilize the table style functions.

It would be great to have some page layout options in the editor e.g. a 3 column page or something with panels like the home page. Having some templates to choose from would mean we can have pages laid out in more ways than just straight up text without having to be css/html experts
