When exporting articles from the All Articles section, only the Last Updated date is shown. Customer would like the Published Date to be included in the export as well.

Thanks for highlighting this enhancement.
Including the
Published Date
alongside the Last Updated Date
in the article export from the All Articles
section makes perfect sense — it provides better visibility into content lifecycle and can be considered a quick-win improvement
.We’ll evaluate this request for feasibility and plan to include it based on priority and effort.
