Add New Unpublished Articles View to Bulk operations

Currently the Bulk operations feature will display a view of New Articles or Drafts. If there are New Unpublished articles, they will not be displayed in the Draft view.
We use the Bulk operations to publish articles in mass. Would be helpful to have a view of all Unpublished articles (existing ones and new articles) so none are missed.

Mary Theis would like to know if you are leveraging our modern Document360 2.0 revamped portal? Because in that we have "All Articles" filter in Documentation which has clear filters between New articles and Draft Articles, from the list view you shall publish them. Kindly let us know.
