Ability to select a Drive folder when uploading/inserting an image into an article

When inserting an image into an article, when clicking the image icon on the toolbar and selecting "From Upload", the popup dialog doesn't let me select where in the Drive to save it. Under Description could be a folder selector that shows the existing folders and even allows to create a new folder, select that new folder and save the image upload to that location.

Image management is important. We really need to be able to relocate (and ideally rename) image files. Thanks

PLEASE ADD THIS FEATURE.
The current functionality lumps all uploaded images into a common folder and it's a bit chaotic.

yes! this would be a great addition. it'll make it much easier to organize images
