Ability to rename the Table of Contents

As a Technical Writer, it will be great if we can change the title of the ToC to something more non-academic or user-friendly, such as, "On this page", "Learning objectives", etc.

As pointed by Gerard earlier, this can be done in Location & Versions > Localization Variables, which I did. However, it will be great if the change to the table of content can be applied on a per article basis?
