404 Page Customization Parity for KB Widget

In Doc360, when a page redirects to a 404 link, the platform allows customization on the KB site, including company branding and custom messaging. However, when a user reaches a 404 link through the KB widget, customization is restricted.
We want the same level of 404 page customization in the KB widget as on the KB site. This ensures a consistent and familiar experience for users who land on these pages due to broken links or missing articles.

Hi Concrete Swordfish
Thanks for sharing this - this is a valid observation, and the need for experience parity between the KB site and the KB widget is well understood.
At this point, extending full 404 page customization (branding and messaging) to the KB widget is not part of the current product roadmap.
That said, we’ll continue to track this request and reassess its priority based on customer traction, usage patterns, and overall impact. If this becomes a recurring theme across multiple customers or use cases, we’ll be happy to re-evaluate and plan it accordingly in a future roadmap iteration.
