Our advanced/global search is configured to search all three workspaces regardless of which workspace you are starting from. When a user searches from one workspace but selects a result in a different workspace, that switch is not always obvious. So, a user might be a little confused about why the category list on the left side just changed. This is especially more confusing when you have workspaces that use versioning nomenclature.
I also noticed that when you select a result that highlights a section of the article, scrolling to that section of the document hides the workspace name.

Can you always make the workspace name visible? Some ideas:
  • you can lock the sub-menu when scrolling so the workspace names are visible
  • display the workspace name above the "IN THIS DOC" table of contents on the right side of the page
