Feature Request

The selection color of the Markdown editor is very light.

I cannot switch between our two knowledge bases on the new editor page. I do not like the new editor page. If you cannot create a new editor that functions the same as the previous version, PLEASE stop updating the editor. Please revert the editor back to its previous format, as it was on April 05. I cannot continue to approve our company's subscription of your service if we cannot rely on it to be functional and stable every day.

Please remove the popup that keeps asking me to use the new editor. I'll use it if I want to, I no longer need to be notified about it.

Can you add a tooltip to identify the Save button in the UI settings section. The save button is almost invisible and one doesn't notice it. OR have it show enabled when in edit mode.. or sthg like that.

We want to host our FAQs on the Doc360, each question will be a title of an article, since questions can be long they look bad in the tree and make it difficult to navigate the page. We would like to have a layout without a tree with more flexibility of how the articles appear on the page. See an example in the screenshot of how your competitor, helpjuice does it.

I would like to create a snippet that includes lots of bulleted text and images, but the window for creating snippets is so tiny that it's useless. It would be great if the window to create snippets looked just like the WYSIWYG editor of a regular article.

The new Global Search button introduced in the December 2021 release is great in some ways, but VERY annoyingly unusable in other ways. The main problem is that if you click any search result to preview an article, you cannot simply click on another search result. Instead, you are forced to move your mouse all the way to the upper right of the Preview pane and CLOSE the preview before you can click on the next search result to preview it. This feature would be FAR more user friendly if you could simply click on any of the search results visible on the left and have the preview panel automatically refreshed to show the next result that you clicked on. It would save us much time and effort moving the mouse long distances and clicking.

There really should be a filter on the reusable content screen to make it faster to find and update variables and snippets. Manually paging through to find the one I need is very poor UX.

I have few videos uploaded to my Doc 360 drive, which are organization specific. I have hyperlinked the videos to particular text in my articles. In the current Doc 360 setup, when I click on the link, the video gets downloaded. But I am looking for a way where the video has to play on a new tab rather than downloading.

Why not add icons to the navigation bar for Users & Security, Knowledge Base Portal, and other settings? There's plenty of room, and it saves us some clicks.
