Feature Request

We have multiple KBs set up as different projects, and need to easily export a single article (or a small group of articles) and then import to the other project. The current import/export functionality just exports an entire project. We need it to be more granular.

Add an option to the Import and Export project from Document360 feature that allows users to specify which version of the project to export. This new option is to avoid exporting all of the versions to the zip file when only one version is needed.

It would be nice if you could export not only the complete knowledge base as PDF, but also selected categories. Maybe you could add checkboxes for the categories below the version, similar to the document scopes in the security groups.

We can currently only export the entire knowledge base and all its articles via the web app. This means that if we want to do this regularly it either has to be a manual task or be done using browser automation. Could we have this either as part of the normal API or a feature in the ui to set up regularly scheduled exports to some cloud-based storage? thanks

Would be usefule to tag articles/categories for exclusion/Inclusion in the export so that not alwayas all articles get exported

Having the capability to export documentation from other online platforms so the docs can be imported into Document360 would be much appreciated, as currently only markdown export is supported

Customer is having a website tool that accepts documentation in HTML, so would like to export the doc articles in HTML format. Requested by Visma.
